Hard wheat is perfect for making whole wheat sandwich bread. We use the hard red for our Everyday Whole Wheat Loaf and hard white for the Cinnamon Raisin Loaf!

Soft wheat and khorasan (kamut) are great for baking. Soft white is usually the go-to for cakes, cookies, muffins etc.
